Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User" or "you") and 399bit (hereinafter referred to as "399bit", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://399bit.cam (the "Platform").

Definitions

• "Account" — the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform, used to access Services, hold balances and transact.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's Account, inclusive of real-money balance and any applicable bonus balance, displayed in PKR for reference purposes.

Acceptance of Terms

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

Account Registration & KYC

5.1 Registration

To access the full Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested. You must keep this information current; failure to update inaccurate details may result in account restrictions or closure.

5.2 Username and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 399bit will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

5.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

399bit operates mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to provide one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photo identification (national identity card, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement or similar document dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership;
• Source of funds documentation where required by compliance protocols.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. Funds in a closed account following failed KYC will be handled in accordance with applicable AML obligations.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification to the required standard; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) the operator's standard withdrawal processing schedule. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are stated in your account dashboard.

6.3 Transaction Records

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins and other incentive offers ("Bonuses") are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail in relation to the Bonus in question.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game contribution rates and time limits are stated in each individual offer's terms. Games may contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement — for example, slots may contribute 100% while table games and sports bets may contribute a different rate as specified in the offer.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

The following conduct constitutes Bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus funds and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim a Bonus more than once;
• Providing false or inaccurate information during registration to obtain a Bonus;
• Coordinated play between multiple accounts to exploit Bonus terms;
• Any other activity that 399bit determines, in its reasonable discretion, to constitute fraudulent exploitation of promotional offers.

7.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Offers

399bit reserves the right to withdraw, modify or discontinue any Bonus offer at any time, without notice, provided that this does not affect any Bonus that a Player has already validly claimed and is actively wagering toward the applicable requirement.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets are accepted subject to the rules applicable to the relevant market, which are available within the sportsbook section of the Platform. 399bit reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds due to a technical fault, or in circumstances where the event outcome has already been determined at the time of bet placement.

Cricket betting — including markets on PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments — is subject to the applicable event rules. References to these competitions are for sports context only. 399bit does not claim any official association with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), PSL franchises, the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any cricket team.

8.2 Casino Games

All casino games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology provided by 399bit's content partners. Advertised Return to Player (RTP) percentages are example figures derived from provider documentation and represent theoretical long-run averages, not guaranteed individual session returns. Past game outcomes do not influence future outcomes.

8.3 Live Casino

Live dealer games are provided in real time via video stream. By accessing Live Casino, you accept that connectivity issues, including those arising from your own internet connection, may affect your gaming session. 399bit is not liable for disconnections or losses attributable to the Player's device or network.

8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stake Limits

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate or conceal any fraudulent activity, including money laundering or the processing of funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including through agreed outcomes, signal systems or information sharing.
• Automated software: Using bots, automated betting systems, scripts or any software that interacts with the Platform without human input, unless expressly authorised by 399bit in writing.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly exploiting any software error, miscalculated odds, incorrect bonus crediting or other Platform malfunction to gain an undue advantage. Any winnings accrued through such exploitation will be voided.
• Identity misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading or inaccurate personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC procedures.
• Minors: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the minimum eligible age.
• Self-exclusion breach: Attempting to access the Platform or open a new account while subject to a self-exclusion order.

Responsible Gambling

399bit is committed to providing responsible gambling tools as a fundamental feature of the Platform, not as a secondary consideration. The following tools are available to all registered Players from within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term account closure where the Player determines that gambling is causing harm.

Requests for self-exclusion are processed without unnecessary delay. A Player who has self-excluded must not attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period; any such account discovered will be closed and associated funds will be handled in accordance with operator policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code and game assets, is the intellectual property of 399bit or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 399bit.

The 399bit name, logo and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of the operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 399bit's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be limited to the net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

399bit shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill;
• Indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information provided on the Platform for purposes beyond personal entertainment;
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, cyber-attacks, force majeure events or circumstances beyond the operator's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with applicable local law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by 399bit

399bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) 399bit has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other prohibited conduct; (c) required by applicable law or a regulatory authority; or (d) the continued operation of the account would expose 399bit to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

13.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to standard procedures. Where a closure is requested for responsible gambling reasons, the Platform will treat it as a self-exclusion request and process it accordingly.

13.3 Funds on Closure

Where an account is closed by 399bit due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance held at the time of closure will be assessed in accordance with the operator's funds return policy. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will ordinarily be forfeited in cases of material breach.

Complaints & Disputes

If you have a complaint in relation to the Services, you should in the first instance contact the 399bit customer support team, providing full details of the complaint and any supporting evidence. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint and provide a substantive response within a reasonable timeframe.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved at first-instance support level, it will be escalated to a senior review. 399bit is committed to handling complaints fairly, consistently and transparently.

Where a dispute relates to a bet settlement, 399bit's decision based on the applicable market rules shall be final, subject to the Player's right to refer unresolved disputes to the applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or regulatory authority as determined by the operator's licence jurisdiction.

Privacy & Data

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is governed by the 399bit Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be accessed at Privacy Policy.

In summary, 399bit collects personal data necessary to provide the Services, comply with KYC and AML obligations, and maintain account security. Data is not sold to third-party marketers. Players have rights of access, correction and deletion subject to applicable law and legal retention obligations.

Amendments to These Terms

399bit reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Players. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

Players who do not accept amended Terms are entitled to close their accounts before the amendments take effect, subject to the account closure procedure in Section 13.2.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming licence. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or ADR mechanisms of that jurisdiction.
